Booking & Deposit

* A £10 deposit is required to secure your appointment.

* Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if you reschedule within 24 hours.

* Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit is paid.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling 

* Clients must give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule.

* If cancelled within 24 hours, your deposit will be non-refundable.

* Same-day cancellations or no-shows will still require full payment for the treatment, as the appointment time has been reserved for you.

 

Late Arrival 

* Please always be on time, if you’re going to be late please text or call ahead.

* If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled.

* If cancelled due to lateness, the deposit is non-refundable.

 

Patch Tests

A patch test is required at least 24 hours prior to treatments like tinting, lash lifts and brow lamination. Appointments will not proceed without a valid patch test, even if you have had the treatment/patch test elsewhere, a test is still required .

 

Out-of-Hours Appointment 

I understand that sometimes my working hours may not suit your schedule. To accommodate special requests, i will be offering out-of-hours appointments subject to availability. Please note that an additional fee will apply for any treatments booked outside
